Nick is the owner and a Principal Consultant at Bright Ideas Agency. He works to support AI adoption and digital transformation for small business clients, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, and other parts of Microsoft's technology stack.
Prior to starting Bright Ideas Agency, Nick worked for nearly 20 years in a variety of operations leadership roles. He has a wide experience of different industries and sizes of organization. He has managed everything from staging fashion shows to a $10million renovation of a 200-year-old National Historic Landmark building.
A tech enthusiast from a young age, Nick has been successful throughout his career by leading the embrace of technology. Now as a consultant to businesses internationally, he helps others with this journey of creating strong, high-performing teams and projects, through leveraging the best technology.
Nick is holds multiple Microsoft certifications including Power Platform Solution Architect and Microsoft Teams Administrator. He is also an accredited QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Since 2022 he has been a YouTube creator, sharing videos on Microsoft 365 and AI. He is also author of Who's in the Copilot's Seat? a book focused on helping small business leaders adopt AI.
