Terms of Service for “learn.brightideas.agency”

Welcome to the Bright Ideas Agency LLC online learning platform (learn.brightideas.agency).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our learning platform, including all content, services, and features available through the platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Platform management

• Bright Ideas Agency provides its learning platform through Thinkific. Certain functions such as payments are conducted by Thinkific on Bright Ideas Agency’s behalf. By using this platform you consent to your data being processed by Thinkific in accordance with its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Data Processing

• In addition to processing by the platform, data you share with us may be processed by us and by third parties in relation to the execution of the services related to these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, communications including emails to provide updates to you and other related purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Your individual user account and associated accessible courses or other assets are for your sole use. Sharing of account credentials is not authorized. If you need access to your training content for a larger number of people you must purchase additional licenses.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments for courses are processed securely using Thinkific’s payment processing platform.
• If you are an individual and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase during the first seven days following purchase reach out to learn[at]brightideas.agency requesting a no quibble refund. After 7 days refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
• Unless otherwise stated all one-time course registration purchases provide 90-days access to the training which may be renewed depending on the on-sale status of that course. Monthly subscriptions provide month-to-month access until cancelled or until the product is withdrawn (whichever comes first).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform, including courses, videos, and materials, is owned by Bright Ideas Agency or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bright Ideas Agency is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, your participation in our training or communities, or any issues that arise in relation to your learning with us. You agree to defend and hold harmless Bright Ideas Agency, its owners and representatives, and any contractors or service providers involved in the delivery of these services from any claim, monetary or otherwise, resulting from the actions taken in or connected to the delivery of the services under this agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
